Jessica Sambrano

LAC

Licensed Associate Counselor

Schedule Appointment

Jessica is excited to witness your journey toward creating positive change in your life. We often encounter challenges like unstable relationships, difficulty in setting boundaries, communication issues, overwhelming emotions, or low self-esteem, which can lead to mental health concerns. Jessica is dedicated to assisting individuals in finding balance and reclaiming control over their lives. Her aim is to foster an environment where you feel both empowered and listened to. The approach is rooted in guidance that is accepting, empathetic, and culturally sensitive, while emphasizing self-awareness and helping you navigate challenges with confidence.

Jessica adopts a holistic and personalized approach to treatment, drawing from a diverse range of counseling theories, frameworks, and modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

If you feel hesitant about starting or returning to therapy—whether due to fear of vulnerability, unresolved issues, feeling misunderstood, concerns about judgment, fear of failure, stigma, or negative inner thoughts—know that she completely understands. It can be challenging, and she is here to support you as you take those initial steps.

Jessica is completing hours towards her independent license and supervised by Danielle Japenga, LCSW.
